The Signature embodies an expression of sustainability in a residential program. Building concepts are developed out of organic forms that generates a communion between the built environment and the natural environment. This connection is accentuated by the elevation of green spaces from grade to roof level that contributes to the general wellbeing of residents and brings people out into outdoor spaces to create a strong social system. The master plan program proposes an arrangement of residential units in a circular form that passively creates a sense of security as eyes from individual units are drawn to the center of the development. Finishing material are selected from environmentally-friendly options and are locally sourced to reduce carbon footprints caused by material transportation.
