Nat is a multiskilled professional who approaches problems with the bigger picture in mind and ensures efficient workflow through reviews, negotiations, follow ups, and constructive communication. Due to his background in health and safety, he has a keen eye on safety and housekeeping issues.

With a degree and diploma in Health, Safety and Environment, he has also mastered NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHAS, and is an experienced auditor of OSHA 18001 (CQ/RCA). He has two years’ experience in Ghana with Incept Architectural Consult with major roles on the construction of MainOne Data Center (a tier 3 standard project) and several residential developments, as well as six years’ experience with GCC in Qatar as a certified Health, Safety and Environment personnel. With GCC, he worked on the Sinyar Tower (now known as Aleph Hotel and owned by Hilton), Arwa Tower, Samrya Poultry Farm, Qatar Shell Petroleum Renovation at Al-Mirqab Tower, and The City Center project all in Qatar.

His vision is to support the forces in the development industry that are trying to bridge the gap between rich and poor and ultimately create a better world for all. Nat has also mastered the art of always devising a Plan B for construction procedures as a strategy to have readily available alternatives in the building process.

He is fluent in English, Twi and Arabic and has elementary communication proficiencies in Hindi, Swahili, Tagalog, and Bengali.His hobbies include watching seasonal movies, music, research, and reviewing construction documents.
