The building has a total floor area of 4716m² with a net lettable floor area of 3402m² representing over 70% of the total floor area. A floor area ratio (FAR) of 3.0 was achieved on a 0.36-acre land indicating an economical use of the land in terms of urban density. The fifth level, added to the existing four-storey building redesigned by the design team, houses the Chairman’s office, the boardroom with ancillary office spaces, and two separate roof terraces with one having views of the Atlantic Ocean and adorned with potted plants. The terraces, with spectacular elevated views of the cityscape of parts of the coastal districts of the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area, are ideal for team building events and for hosting semi-formal business meetings.
