Sole Estates features a variety of single-storey buildings that offer both modernist and vernacular styles to meet the needs of different household structures. The design essentially considered ground cover finishing with materials ranging between pavers with wide joints, spread aggregate, and grass covering that all allow for water permeability and reduce the chances of flooding considering that all the buildings are on the ground level. The height of the fence walls defining property lines has been minimized, finished with horizontal terracotta blocks with aluminium-framed permeable openings to leave maximum room for ventilation, and aesthetically fitting with the general wall finishing of the buildings.
